It would not boot from disc, but did after we pressed the F12 key. I updated gradually to service pack 3, but had no sound. How do I know which one to delete? I figured I had nothing to lose, so I reluctantly deleted all of them except for the unpartitioned space. From my description, can you tell me why I had those additional partitions that are not on your screen shots?
